    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. S.B. 131, AGE OF VICTIM FOR UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONDUCT, by Senator L. McAllister, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, line 19:    After "actor" and before the colon insert ", who is ten or more years older than the minor at the time of the sexual conduct"        

2.     Page 2, lines 2 through 4:    After "felony." delete the next sentence.
