Mr. President:

    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 156, SALES TAX FOR ARTS AND RECREATION, by Senator D. Buhler, with the following amendments and recommends it be considered read for the second time and placed on the Consent Calendar.
1.    Page 1, Line 26:    Delete line 26 and renumber the remaining sections accordingly
2.    Page 2, Line 10:    After "county" delete "arts" and insert "cultural"

3.    Page 2, Line 17:    After "dance" delete "; and"

4.    Page 2, Lines 18 and 19:    Delete lines 18 and 19
