    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 221, EMERGENCY SERVICES TELEPHONE CHARGE, by Senator D. Steele, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 3    After "radio communications access line" insert "with a billing address within the boundaries of the area served by the public agency"
    
2.    Page 2, Line 5:    After "(b)" delete "(i)"

3.    Page 2, Lines 7-9:    Delete lines 7-9

4.    Page 2, Line 10:    After "charge" insert "levied under this section"
