Representative Tanner proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 6: Delete "ANNUAL"
2. Page 5, Line 27: Delete " Annual report" and insert " Report"
2. Page 5, Lines 28-29: Delete lines 28-29 and insert: "(1) For each class of cigarette or tobacco product distributed in this state, the department may require a report from each manufacturer identifying:"
3. Page 6, Line 10: Delete "an annual report" and insert "reports"
4. Page 6, Line 11: Delete "report" and insert "reports"
