1.    Page 4, Line 6:    After "The" delete "Administrator of the Courts" and insert "Department of Corrections"

2.     Page 4, Line 7:    After "name" insert "of each incarcerated felon." and delete the rest of the line.

3.    Page 4, Line 8:    Delete line 8.

4.    Page 4, Line 10:    After "with the" delete "Administrator of the Courts" and insert "Department of Corrections"
