Senator Pete Suazo proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "REQUIREMENT ON" insert "CERTAIN" and after "COUNTIES" delete the comma and insert "AND" and after "CITIES" delete ", AND TOWNS"

2.    Page 3, Line 19
    Lilac 1-28-98:    After "Subsection (3)," delete "each" and insert "the"

3.    Page 3, Line 20
    Lilac 1-28-98:    At the beginning of line 20 delete "municipal" and after "body" insert "of each city that is located within a county of the first or second class and of each other city with a population over 10,000"

4.    Page 4, Line 2:    After "(c)" delete "Each municipal" and insert "The" and after "body" insert "of each city that is located within a county of the first or second class and of each other city with a population over 10,000"

5.    Page 5, Line 17
