Representative Becker proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 6, Line 30:    After "treatment" insert "only to the extent qualified by training"

2.    Page 7, Lines 2-3:    Delete lines 2-3 and insert:
        "(ii) meet the requirements for current active certification in acupuncture under guidelines established by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCA) as demonstrated through a current certificate or other appropriate documentation.."
