Representative Wright proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 9    After "substantially" delete "or" and insert "and"

2.    Page 2, Line 17    After "substantially" delete "or" and insert "and"

3.    Page 2, Line 18:    After "range" insert
         ":
        (i)"

4.    Page 2, Line 20:    After "range" delete "." and insert
        "; and
        (ii) does not substantially and adversely affect public health or safety."

6.    Page 2, Line 20:    After Line 20 insert:
        "For the purposes of this section, noise generated by a shoooting range that is operated in accordance with nationally recognized standards and operating practices is not a public health nuisance."

7.    Page 2, Line 21:    Delete "(3)" and insert "(4)"
