Representative J. Brent Haymond proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 1: After "(c)" insert "(i) through June 30, 2000,"
2. Page 2, Line 3: After "authority" insert "designated by the commission"
3. Page 2, Line 3: After line 3 insert:
"(ii) on or after July 1, 2000, a plumbing code adopted by a nationally recognized code authority designated by the commission; and"
