    Goldenrod 2-3-98:    Delete "(a)" and after "to" insert a colon and delete "the"

2.    Page 2, Line 12
    Goldenrod 2-3-98:    Delete line 12

3.    Page 2, Line 13
    Goldenrod 2-3-98:    Delete "(b) The department shall ensure" and delete "are notified" and insert "(a) parents"

4.    Page 2, Line 15:    After "necessary" insert:
        "; and
        (b) the department"
