1.    Page 7, Line 12:    Bracket "January 1" and insert "February 28"

2.    Page 7, Line 19:    Bracket "Prior to January 1 of each year, the" and insert "The"

3.    Page 7, Line 27:    After "this section," delete "either" and after "entire rule" delete "or" and insert "," and after "single section" insert ", or any complete paragraph"
