Representative Bourdeaux proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 9:    Bracket "and"

2.    Page 2, Line 10:    After "(b)" insert
        "the decibel level of traffic noise which identifies the projects to be programmed by the commission for the earliest construction of retrofit noise abatement measures funded under Subsection (2)(b) based on availability of funding; and
        (c)"
        and after "construction of" insert "other"
        and after "measures" insert "that meet or exceed the standards established under this section and are funded"

3.    Page 2, Line 12:    Bracket all of line 12
        
4.    Page 2, Line 13:    Bracket "(ii)" and insert "(i)"

5.    Page 2, Line 14:    Bracket "(iii)" and insert "(ii)"

6.    Page 2, Line 15:    Delete "(iv)" and insert "(iii)"
