Representative Valentine proposes the following amendments:
        
1.    Page 2, Line 2:    After "Committee" insert ", unless the difference between the
        Department of Transportation's original appraisal on the property and the amount of the settlement is greater than $500,000"

2.    Page 2, Line 19:    After "Legislature" insert ", unless the difference between the Department of Transportation's original appraisal on the property and the amount of the settlement is greater than $1,000,000"
