                  AN ACT RELATING TO CORRECTIONS; REMOVING THE SUNSET DATE FOR THE
                  REPORTING REQUIRED OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS REGARDING THE
                  SEX OFFENDER PROGRAM.
                  This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
                  REPEALS:
                      63-55-264, as last amended by Chapter 15, Laws of Utah 1997
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Repealer.
                      This act repeals:
                      Section 63-55-264, Repeal dates, Title 64.
