    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 118, SENTENCING OF CONVICTED FELONS, by Representative B. Chard, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 48:    Delete "may" and insert "shall"

2.    Page 7, Line 197:    After "department" insert ", after considering any recommendation by the court as to which jail the court finds most appropriate"
