    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends H.B. 147, MASSAGE PRACTICE ACT - CONSENT FOR CHILDREN, by Representative K. Bryson, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 147, MASSAGE PRACTICE ACT - CONSENT FOR CHILDREN with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 66    After "of a female patron" reinstate ", except in cases in which the female patron states to a"

2.     Page 3, Line 66    After "which the female patron" insert "is an adult and"

3.     Page 3, Line 67    Reinstate line 67

4.     Page 3, Line 68    Reinstate "licensee to perform breast massage before the procedure"
