Mr. Speaker:

    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 229, STATE OLYMPIC COORDINATION AMENDMENTS, by Representative J. Tanner, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 34-36:    Delete lines 34-36 and insert "shall include a statement that based on information available to the governor at the time of the governor's review, the financial plan:
        (i) includes financially sound revenue projections that are estimated to be adequate to cover anticipated expenditures under the financial plan;"

2.    Page 3, Line 63:    Delete "findings" and insert "statements"

3.    Page 6, Line 180:    Delete "five" and insert "four"
