    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 240, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DEFINITION AMENDMENT, by Representative B. Goodfellow, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 36:    After "76-9-102" insert ", if this conviction was the result of a plea agreement in which the defendant was originally charged with a domestic violence crime as described in Section 77-36-1 (2)(a) through (1), (n), or (o)"
