    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 279, CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR, by Representative P. Buckner, with the following amendments:
    1. Page 2, Line 29:    After "ordinance" delete "or court order"

    2. Page 3, Line 71-72:    After "Subsection (1)." delete "It is necessary, however, that the court have jurisdiction over the minor."
