    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 283, LIVESTOCK MARKET AMENDMENTS, by Representative D. Iverson, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 3, Line 73:    After "(a)" delete "two members" and insert "one member"

2.    Page 3, Line 78:    After "industry;" delete "and"

3.    Page 3, Line 79:    After "Federation" delete "." and insert "; and"

4.    Page 3, Line 79:    After line 79 insert the following:

        "(g) one member recommended by the Utah Farmers Union."
