    The Transportation Committee has returned H.B. 330, PROTECTION OF ACCIDENT REPORTS, by Representative G. Way, to the Rules Committee with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Lines 40-42:    After "person's" delete the remainder of lines 40 through 42 and insert:
        ":
        (a) attorney;
        (b) insurer; or
        (c) any other individual or entity with written permission from the person to receive the person's written accident report."
