    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 376, LIQUOR PACKAGE AGENCY CONTRACTS, by Representative M. Styler, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Line 123:    After "agency" insert "that under the contract with the department: (i) operates solely for the purpose of selling liquor; and
        (ii) does not operate in conjunction with another business"
