    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 382, RETENTION PROCEEDS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, by Representative S. Koehn, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 7, Line 210:    After "excavating" insert "for non-residential or industrial construction projects"

2.    Page 8, Line 229:    After "after" delete "May 3, 1999" and insert "July 1, 1999"

3.    Page 9, Line 275:    After "(a)" delete "If" and insert "Notwithstanding Subsection (3), if"

4.    Page 10, Line 277:    After "project" insert "or if a project or a portion of the project has been substantially completed"

5.    Page 10, Line 306:    After "Subsection" delete "(9)(b)(i)" and insert "(10)( b)(i)"
