Mr. President:

    The Judiciary Committee recommends S.B. 23, FUNDING FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER, by Senator M. Dmitrich, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 23, FUNDING FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER with the following amendments:
    1.    Page 1, Line 13:    After "from" delete "the General Fund for fiscal year 1999- 2000, $100,000 to the Division of Child and Family Services, Department of Human Services," and insert "funds acquired by eliminating current funding for the Attorney General's Office for administrative modification of existing child support,"
