    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 49, UNFAIR PUBLIC COMPETITION ACT, by Senator H. Stephenson, with the following amendments:
1.     Page 6, Line 156    Delete line 156

2.    Page 6, Line 157:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(a)" and after "laboratory" insert "except as provided in Subsection (3)(c)"

3.     Page 6, Line 158    Delete "(c)" and insert "(b)"

4.    Page 6, Line 174:    After "services" insert ": (i)"

5.    Page 6, Line 174:    After "Quality" insert "; or (ii) in connection with a drinking water supply"
