    The Revenue and Taxation Committee recommends S.B. 64, TAX COMMISSION REVISIONS, by Senator J. Valentine, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 64, TAX COMMISSION REVISIONS with the following amendments:
1.    Page 3, Line 78:        After "Subsection (3)(a)" insert "and Subsection (4)"
2.    Page 6, Line 152:        After "Subsection (3) (a)" insert "and Subsection (4)"
3.    Page 6, Line 180:        After "Subsection (2)(c)" insert "or Section 19- 2-124"
