The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 72, INCOME TAX AMENDMENTS, by Senator H. Nielson, with the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 7: After "INFLATIONARY" insert "OR DEFLATIONARY"
2. Page 1, Line 10: After "INCOME;" delete the remainder of Line 10
3. Page 1, Line 11: Delete "OF 25% OF A TAXPAYER'S FEDERAL PERSONAL EXEMPTIONS;"
4. Page 6, Line 158: After "shall" insert ":"
5. Page 6, Line 159: Delete Line 159
6. Page 6, Line 160: After "(i)" insert "(A) increase or decrease"
