    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 90, HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS, by Senator R. Montgomery, with the following amendments:

    Page 1, Line 6:    After "YEAR" insert "NEW CENTURY"
    Page 1, Line 7:     After "BY" delete "THE TIME" and insert "SEPTEMBER 1 OF THE YEAR"
