    The State and Local Affairs Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 182, UTAH HIGHWAY PATROL ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION PROGRAM FUNDING, by Senator P. Knudson, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Lines 7 and 8:    Delete "CREATING A DEDICATED REVENUE FUND FOR THOSE FEES;"

2.    Page 1, Line 24:    After "Fund.]" delete "the appropriate" and insert "a" and after "authorized" delete "in" and insert "by"
