    Committee Amendments -
    Pink, 2-22-1999:    After "(iii)" delete "water source" and insert "watershed"

2.    Page 8, Line 226
    Committee Amendments -
    Pink, 2-22-1999:    After line 226 insert:

        "(3) The total amount of money in the fund may not exceed $5,000,000."

3.    Page 8, Lines 244- 245
    Committee Amendments -
    Pink, 2-22-1999:    Reverse the committee amendments on lines 244 and 245

4.    Page 8, Line 246
    Committee Amendments -
    Pink, 2-22-1999:    Reverse the committee amendments on line 246 and after "(B)" insert "with respect to a parcel purchased in a county in which over 50% of the land area is publicly owned," and after "size" insert "and located within that county"
