Representative Wayne Harper proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 89, Line 2732    After "(8)" insert "(a)"
        
2.     Page 89, Line 2732    Delete "after a board hearing and recommendation" and insert "with a majority vote of the board"
        
3.    Page 89, Line 2733     After "duty." insert "(b) The board shall conduct a hearing if requested by the board member that is to be removed."
