Senator Julander proposes the following amendments:

    Senate Health and Environment
    Standing Committee:    Delete "provided that nothing in this Subsection (8)(a) may be construed as restricting the authority of a person to administer anesthesia to the extent permitted by a license issued under another chapter of this title" and insert:
        "except that conduct described this Subsection (8)(a) that is performed by a person legally and in accordance with a license issued under another chapter of this title does not constitute the practice of medicine or delegated medicine"
