1.    Page 5, Line 132:    After "recreational facility" insert "," and after "59-12-702," insert "or a cultural facility,"

2.    Page 5, Line 133:    After "recreational" insert "or cultural"

3.    Page 6, Line 167:    After "Interstate 15;" bracket "or"

4.    Page 6, Line 170:    After "County" insert "; or
        (D) to pay all or part of the cost of the land for and the installation and construction of a recreational facility, as defined in Section 59-12-702, or a cultural facility, including parking and infrastructure improvements related to the recreational or cultural facility"
