APPROPRIATION FOR SOLDIER HOLLOW

                  AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $700,000 FROM THE
                  OLYMPIC SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 ONLY, TO THE
                  DIVISION OF PARKS AND RECREATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
                  This act enacts uncodified material.
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Appropriation.
                      For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the Olympic Special Revenue Fund
                  $700,000 to the Division of Parks and Recreation to build a day lodge at Soldier Hollow in
                  Wasatch Mountain State Park.
                      Section 2. Effective date.
                      This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
