1.    Page 1, Line 11:    After "THROUGH" delete "63-56-35.8" and insert "63-56-36"

2.    Page 2, Line 58:    After " determines " insert " in accordance with Section 63-56-36 "

3.    Page 3, Line 61:    After " through " delete " 63-56-35.8 " and insert " 63-56-36 "
