Mr. Speaker:

    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 48, STATE WATER DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AMENDMENTS, by Representative E. Olsen, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 31:    After "Beaver," insert "Eastern"; after "Kane," delete "and"; and after "Washington" insert ", and Wayne"

2.    Page 2, Line 33:    Delete all of line 33 and insert:
        "(4) Lower Sevier River District - Millard and Sanpete Counties;
        (5) Upper Sevier River District - Sevier, Piute, and Western Garfield Counties;"

         Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.

3.    Page 2, Line 52:    After "of the" insert "Lower" and after line 52 insert:
        "(h) a representative of the Upper Sevier River District;"

         Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.
