Mr. Speaker:

    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 61, DISTRIBUTION OF SALES AND USE TAX REVENUES - BOTANICAL, CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL, AND ZOOLOGICAL ORGANIZATIONS OR FACILITIES, by Representative B. Johnson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 78:    After "(i)" delete "a" and insert "one or more" and after "botanical" delete "organization" and insert "organizations"

2.    Page 3, Line 79:    After "(ii)" delete "a" and insert "one or more" and after "cultural" delete "organization" and insert "organizations"

3.    Page 3, Line 80:    After "(iii)" delete "a" and insert "one or more" and after "zoological" delete "organization" and insert "organizations"

4.    Page 3, Line 81:    After "(iv)" delete "a" and insert "one or more" and after "zoological" delete "facility" and insert "facilities"
