    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 86, SHAREHOLDER DERIVATIVE ACTIONS, by Representative G. Curtis, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 46:    After "completed[.]" insert "and for such additional period as the court considers appropriate"

2.    Page 3, Line 62:    Delete "the action in"

3.    Page 3, Line 73:    After "or not" delete "the" and insert "such" and after "appointing" delete "for"

4.    Page 4, Line 119:    Delete "(ii)" and insert "(i)"

5.    Page 5, Line 122:    Delete "(iii)" and insert "(ii)"
