    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 118, QUASI-GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES AMENDMENTS, by Representative D. Ure, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Line 146:    Delete "or"

2.    Page 5, Line 147:    After "Title 17A, Special District" insert "; or
        (vi) a local district created under the authority of Title 17B, Limited Purpose Local Government Entities"

3.    Page 6, Line 152:    Delete "13" and insert "14"

4.    Page 6, Line 153:    Delete "four" and insert "five"
        Delete "one senator" and insert "two senators"

5.    Page 6, Line 156:    Delete "two" and insert "three"
