    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 212, LIMITATION ON REIMBURSEMENT OF LEGAL FEES AND COSTS TO OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, by Representative C. Bennion, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 44:    After "unless it is" insert ":(i)"

2.    Page 2, Line 45:    After "article" insert
        "; (ii) an officer or employee responding to a dispatched call from a person authorized by the employer; or
        (iii) a peace officer responding to what the officer reasonably believes is a crime being committed or who is acting within the scope of his authority under Title 53, Chapter 13, Peace Officer Classifications"
