Mr. Speaker:

    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 241, ANNUAL LEAVE ACCRUAL FOR STATE EMPLOYEES, by Representative J. Gowans, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 17:    After "up to" delete "40" and insert "20"

2.    Page 2, Line 28:    After "drop below" delete "144" and insert "320"

3.    Page 2, Line 28:    After line 28 insert "(4) The employee's employing agency shall pay for the costs of any annual leave converted under Subsection (1).
