    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 280, SMALL CLAIMS COURT JURISDICTION, by Representative G. Curtis, with the following amendments:

1. Page 1, Line 24:    Delete "judgment" and insert "affidavit" and delete "be limited to liquidated damages" and insert "not include general damages for pain and suffering"
