    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 285, JUDICIAL CONDUCT COMMISSION AMENDMENTS AND SUPREME COURT OVERSIGHT OF JUDGES, by Representative D. Ure, et al, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 9, Line 267:    After "person" delete "or entity" and after "appointed the" insert "municipal justice court"

2.    Page ll, Line 312:    After "criminal action" insert ", consistent with the Utah Rules of Evidence"
