    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 298, BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT AND MONEY MANAGEMENT ACT AMENDMENTS, by Representative L. Frandsen, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 9:    After "CAP;" delete the rest of line 9

2.    Page 1, Line 10:    Delete line 10

3.    Page 1, Line 11:    Delete "ACCOUNT REACHES ITS CAP;"

4.    Page 4, Line 90:    After "(b)" delete "Except as provided in Subsection (4) (c), all" and insert "All"

5.    Page 4, Lines 92-94:    Delete lines 92-94
