The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 312, DIVISION OF CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES AMENDMENTS, by Representative W. Harper, with the following amendments:
Page 3, Line 73: After "child." insert "The court shall order the parents to disclose the names and addresses of the relatives to the division within five working days.
