    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 314, SALVAGE VEHICLE AMENDMENTS, by Representative L. Nelson, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 1, Line 23:    After "violation" insert " or within 90 days after a final determination in an action before the division, whichever is later."
