    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 324, CONTRACTOR LICENSING AMENDMENTS, by Representative D. Ure, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 7, Line 210:        Delete "or cash deposit"

2.    Page 7, Line 212:        After line 212 insert:
            "(3) The burden to demonstrate financial responsibility is upon the applicant or licensee."
