    The Public Utilities and Technology Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 338, CHANGES TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS LAWS, by Representative S. Koehn, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 11, Line 307:            After line 307 insert:
                        (d) An incumbent telephone corporation with less than 30,000                         access lines in the state is exempt from this Subsection (6).
