    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 343, OBSCENITY AND PORNOGRAPHY COMPLAINTS OMBUDSMAN, by Representative E. Olsen, and, because of a short title change, recommends it be considered read for the first and second times, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 58:    After "Legislature of" delete "at least"
