Mr. Speaker:

    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 396, CHANGE OF DATE OF SPECIAL DISTRICT ELECTION, by Representative S. Allen, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 4, Line 97:    After "is not" delete "possible" and insert "feasible"

2.    Page 4, Line 98:    After "judges at" delete "the same"

3.    Page 4, Lines 98 - 99:    After "locations" delete "as the municipal general election" and insert "designated by the county clerk in consultation with the special district"
